cappi > I found this bear along the Androscoggin River in Shelburne, New Hampshire.  Look like he/she was tagged for some reason.  Unfortunately the bear had a wound on its back right leg.  I don't know if it had been shot or what but the bear was limping pretty bad.  It was still able to swim across the current in the river after I decided to let my presence known.  Maybe a good winters nap will heal up that leg.
